Online Returns Policy

At The Ice Barn, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item purchased online, you may do so within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse postage or courier charges incurred when returning items unless the product is sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
